Welcome to King of Prussia

Suburban neighborhood with an urban feel. Easy access to a wide variety of shopping and dining options.

Commonly referred to as “KOP", King of Prussia has grown in popularity and density in recent years. Though the King of Prussia Mall is one of the well-known destinations in this town, the surrounding neighborhoods are a quiet retreat from the hustle of the shopping district. Valley Forge National Historical Park is a 3500-acre oasis that borders King of Prussia and provides hiking, biking, walking, and photography opportunities.

The Lifestyle

Casual, walkable neighborhoods, strong community feel, convenient shopping and dining options.

The Market

There is a mix of condos, townhomes, and single-family homes. Older condos start around $100k, and newly built condo townhomes are selling for approximately $800k in the King of Prussia Town Center. Though the majority of the single-family homes in the community were built in the 1950s to 1970s, developers have been building modern farmhouse-style single-family homes when land becomes available. These homes are typically priced in the $800k range. The median listing price is $370k for a cape or a split level home built around 1950-1970. A few mid-century modern gems are scattered throughout the community.
