We were so skeptical that we would actually be able to find what we needed and find it in time, but we did! We found the perfect property for our home, and our business and I can 100% say that we could not have done it without Melissa. She did more work than any Realtor® I've ever known. She was impeccably organized, ridiculously knowledgeable. And she was like a detective, sleuthing out tons of information about every home we considered seeing, or considered making an offer on. She really, really knows what she is doing. And another thing that she brings to the table is her incredible knowledge of a wide swath of eastern and central Pennsylvania real estate. We were hunting over a huge area, between Philly and Lancaster PA, and we really didn't understand a lot of the places we were looking. But Melissa did. She knew it all school districts, resale values, environmental issues, waning or waxing popularity and why, demographics, municipal regulations her knowledge was staggering. And her research and preparedness. I mean, I know she must have had clients other than us, but it truly felt like she was working for us round the clock, seven days a week. I just can't say enough.
